One of the best youngster pairs in Baden-Württemberg has been separated.

FBW Cornflake and Niels Carstensen.

Yesterday, Niels Carstensen's father, Uwe Carstensen, announced the sale of the 10-year-old gelding on his Facebook page.

There the professional rider wrote: "It is normal that good horses leave our stable but this one is then but what special! ! FBW Cornflake starts his journey to his new owners !!! Six years we were allowed to train him and make him what he is today. 5 and 6j qualified for Bundeschampionat , 6 J Landeschampion , 7 J first successes in 140 cm jumping , 8j German Vice-Champion of the juniors and as the only horse without time and jumping faults with Niels Carstensen . 9 J then several international victories in 145cm jumping , among the top ten at the German Championships of Young Riders , 2nd in the Nations Cup , fourth in the final of the German Jumping Cup and winner of the EY-CUP World Final in Salzburg 2021. These successes naturally arouse interest and so we congratulate Gigi Seemann and Axel Seemann on the sale and thank you again for the trust. We are proud of our work, wish Cornflake all the best and go into the future with hopeful young horses."

The new rider of the Chucas son is not yet exactly determined. At least that's what Richard Vogel let slip, who acquired the gelding together with his partner David Will.

It would also be possible that Vogel's girlfriend, Sophie Hinners, will ride the Cento grandson.

She broke down her tents in Holland at Stable Hendrix to go now together with her boyfriend to Dagobertshausen (Marburg).
