Bon Courage Offspring Dominates Pre-Selection for 2022 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing

The Hanoverian stallion licensing committee has selected a group of 68 colts from 230 entries at the "pre-selection days" which took place 1 - 5 October 2022. They will move on to the 2022 Hanoverian Qtallion Liensing which takes place on 3 - 5 November 2022.
This year the Hanoverian society split up the licensing of the dressage and show jumping stallions, with the dressage bred colts appearing first, only two weeks later than the usual October dates, while the jumpers will have their licensing at the start of December.
For the pre-selection days the licensing committee travelled to 10 different stations: Verden, Benstrup, Bersenbrück, Barver, Filsum, Coesfeld, Wickrath, Hepstedt, Dobrock, and Wohlesbostel.
The dressage colts no longer had to show their free jumping skills at the pre-selection, but those picked for the licensing will have to do the free jumping phase during the video-session in Verden. In November at the licensing, no free jumping will be required.
The sire that dominated the pre-selection days was Bon Courage (by Bon Coeur x Vivaldi x Rohdiamant) with 10 offspring accepted for the licensing. Bonds, For Romance, and Fusionist each have four offspring accepted.
