BEMER Riders Tour starts in April
The Riders Tour already has a long tradition in German show jumping. Several big international names such as Marcus Beerbaum, David Will and Christian Ahlmann have already been able to call themselves "Rider of the Year".
The Riders Tour is to take place again this year with its main sponsor BEMER. The first stage is already just around the corner.
It starts from 21 - 25 April at the tournament "Horses and Dreams" in Hagen at the facility of the Kasselmann family.
Also, the horse festival in Redefin will be from 7 - 9 May as a fixed size complement the stations of the tour.
Then the tour will take a short break and continue at the CSI as part of the European Dressage Championships in Hagen a.T.W. from September 7 - 12.
The final will be held, as last year, at the VR Classics in Neumünster from February 17 - 20, 2022.
Currently, of course, other stations are also under discussion, which will crystallize in the course of the next few weeks.
In principle, the invitation and the rules of the BEMER Riders Tour remains the same. However, this year it is also possible for the Riders Tour to target a tournament on CSI2* as a station.
With regard to the participants, nothing has changed. Again, the top finishers of the past stages are eligible to start. Of course, it is also in the hands of the organizers to occasionally assign wild cars.
However, the implementation of the tour is not solely due to the commitment of BEMER, but also to that of many supporters.
For example, the car manufacturer Landrover announced early on that it too would like to support the tour this year.
Also with a special collection on the occasion of the Riders Tour is the equestrian fashion manufacturer Kingsland. They are responsible for the production and design of the BEMER Riders Tour jackets.
Especially the stage in Redefin is supported by the specialist insurance brokers "Lauff and Bolz".
Also this year, the BEMER Riders Tour promises exciting sport and a great season 2021!
