EQUILEC Review of the Year 2022

Dear customers, partners and friends,

the year is drawing to a close and christmas is already upon us. Time to look back on the first 365 days of EQUILEC.
After the news reached us at the end of last year that we had won the startup innovativ Classic competition of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economic Affairs, we started 2022 with all the more drive. In January, we broadcast our first EQUILEC Live Video Talk on the subject of bridles and bits to China. The response couldn't have been better, so we quickly decided to stick with this direct communication and education channel to our Chinese clients. Further Live Talks followed, this time with guests such as saddler Olivia Klose or Thomas Münch of the Westphalian Horse Stud Book, and were received with enthusiasm in China.

Not least thanks to the cooperation with various German breeding associations, we were able to present the internationally successful German horse breeding in China and draw attention to online auctions.
Digital riding lessons, in real time between Germany and China, were already the order of the day for us before EQUILEC. One year later, after launching EQUILEC, we are enjoying a nice increase in riding students from the children's class to the more experienced show jumper or ambitious dressage rider.
But it is not only our established services such as riding lessons and the placement of horses or trainers to China that are in demand, we have also been able to gain new activities. For example, Andreas Rubly has been digitally connected as a lecturer at the Shandong Sport University once a month since summer 2022 to give lectures on various equestrian topics. The last event for 2022 will be the Live Talk on lunging on 23 December, before we start 2023 with many new ideas.
For the new year we wish that all our customers, partners and friends stay healthy and hopefully we will soon be able to welcome Chinese guests in Germany again!
We look forward to achieving common goals with our customers and the horses and to seeing EQUILEC grow!
Now we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a successful year 2023!

With best wishes,
Your EQUILEC Team
