Summer, sun, Westphalian auction time - what could be better?

In Münster-Handorf, the riding horses of this year's Westphalian Summer Auction have moved into their boxes at the Westphalian Horse Center. A small but fine lot of highly attractive young horses for dressage and jumping has been put together by the team of the Westphalian Studbook. Both ambitious competition riders and inexperienced amateurs can surely find a suitable partner for the future here.

This lot contains around 30 young horses for the dressage arena. The auction will be opened by a three-year-old, highly talented son of the Warendorf state stud stallion Zoom. The dam is the St.Pr.St. Fine Finesse by First Selection, who passed her mare performance test with a score of 8.04. Bred by Josef and Christiane Ulmker, Neuenkirchen, Zandro descents from the same dam line as Ernesto, who was sold for 141,000 euros at last year's Westphalian Autumn Auction. With the head number 4, the 2nd Reserve Champion Mare of the Westphalian Elite Show of 2022 is for sale. With Be Pretty, the name says it all! The daughter of Bonds/Dollmann is however not only beautiful. She passed her mare performance test with a final score of 8.33 and received a 9.0 for trot and canter. The mare's dam line is also outstanding. Numerous licensed stallions and sport horses that have been successful up to the advanced level descent from this line. The selection of dressage horses is completed by a strong moving licensed riding pony stallion. Dauphin K WE by Dallmayr K/Olivier K WE won the bronze medal at the Bundeschampionat last year and has placed highly in riding pony competitions several times. The lot of this summer auction is completed by 12 horses fort he show jumping ring. A four-year-old son of Diarado will kick off the show jumping lot. Equipped with boundless ability, Diabolo S is at the beginning of a promising career. The brown was bred by the Schultenhof Stud out of Cheyenne S by Cornet Obolensky. He ist he halfbrother to the CSI successful Cortina. Great things can be expected from this horse in the future.
