Louisdor Prize: Last stage in Oldenburg decided early

Oldenburg (fn-press). Due to poor ground conditions at the Agravis Cup in Oldenburg, the decision in the last leg of the series for young Grand Prix horses, Louisdor Prize, has already been made early. The Dressage Committee of the German Olympic Committee for Equestrianism (DOKR), in consultation with judge Dr. Evi Eisenhardt, board member of the Liselott and Klaus Rheinberger Foundation, decided to count the run-in test as a final qualification. As a result, the two Oldenburg horses Sisters Act MT OLD and Mist of Titanium OLD qualified for the series final in Frankfurt.

"The ground conditions in Oldenburg do not meet our standards. Under these circumstances, no fair evaluation can take place. Therefore, the results from the run-in test count for the final qualification. We leave it up to the riders whether they want to compete again in today's second test or not," Klaus Roeser, Chairman of the DOKR Dressage Committee, explained this decision.

Team Olympic gold medalist Dorothee Schneider (Framersheim) had won Thursday's entry test with the nine-year-old mare Sisters Act MT OLD. The pair scored 75.184 percent. Second place went to the nine-year-old gelding Mist of Titanium OLD with his Finnish rider Emma Kanerva. They finished the test with 73.447 percent. Both horses are now qualified for the series final.

The starting field for the Louisdor Prize Final, which will take place on the fourth weekend of Advent in Frankfurt's Festhalle, has thus been determined. The following horses are qualified:
