Johanna Rubly CEO
Johanna (20) came to equestrian sports at a very early age through her parents, Sandra and Andreas Rubly. After graduating from high school, she began studying law at Saarland University.
She is a qualified Trainer C , which she passed with distinction, and has victories up to medium difficulty class herself. Thanks to her stays in China, but also through training Chinese riders in Germany, Johanna knows the problems and difficulties that hinder a smooth cooperation with Chinese equestrian athletes.
Johanna stands for high-quality and well-founded content at EQUILEC, represents the personalization in the Chinese market as a successful tournament rider and embodies the "idol" of the young and aspiring Chinese equestrian athletes.
Together with Martin Iwanski, she leads the company as operational managing director.
