BASIC

Description

You turn away in the middle of the long side (point B or E) in the form of a ¼-volt and ridden over the centre of the track in a straight line to the other side. There is no change of reins.

Tips and hints

The corners are ridden deep in the form of ¼ -voltes. Care must be taken to ensure that the horse is correctly straightened on the side of the half-lane not bounded by the wall and that the ridden line remains parallel to the short side.
