Balve (fn-press).
Within the framework of the German Championships in Balve, the Dressage Committee of the German Olympic Committee for Equestrianism (DOKR) has drawn up the so-called longlist - the extended group of pairs for this year's international championships. The squad lists were also updated. Carina Scholz and Tarantino move up from the perspective squad to the Olympic squad and are also on the longlist. Unlike all other major international equestrian events, the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) has the nomination authority for sending horses to the Olympic Games. The nomination proposal with the three pairs as well as the replacement pair for Tokyo (shortlist) will be formulated by the DOKR Dressage Committee following the final screening tournament in Kronberg, which will take place from June 24 to 27.

The following longlist (in alphabetical order) is valid for both the Olympic Games in Tokyo (July 23 to August 8) and the European Championships in Hagen a. T.W. (September 7 to 12):
