(Elmshorn/Warendorf) On the occasion of the Holsteiner Horse Days last weekend in Elmshorn, the Holsteiner Future Cup for three- and four-year-old dressage horses was initiated for the first time. The two best horses of each of the years 2017 and 2018 qualified for the final of the Cup - these four horses were nominated after the event for Bundeschampionat from August 11 to 15 in Warendorf. The following horses may represent the Holstein colors at the riding horse arena in Warendorf represent:

Cascadello galloped to victory in the Holsteiner Future Cup Riding Horse Championships with an overall score of 8.4. galloped the Cascadello I-Carpaccio daughter Let's Dance with Franziska Lucht in the saddle. The jury awarded a 9.0 for canter to the representative of the 1947 line bred by Sonja Franzenburg-Much. Let's Dance had already successfully participated in the Verband mare show before her start in the arena and received the Verband premium. Kaviera by Zack-Aljano (Stamm 990), who placed second with a score of 8.2, was staged by Christina Ellendt and is no stranger to Elmshorn: Last year, she was the winner of the dressage mares at the Verband mare show at Herbert-Blöcker-Platz, received the state premium and was nominated for the Bundeschampionat. She is the half-sister of the double European Champion, Lavissaro by Lissaro-Aljano, who dominated the international Children's Tour under Allegra Schmitz-Morkramer and was also born to the Ellerbrock family in Kayhude. With a score of 8.0, La Quanta by Quantensprung-Don Primero (Margret Heissmann, Hamburg) and Zoolaboo by Zack-Lorentin I (Peter Blohm, Uetersen), Stamm 474A, shared the bronze position. Markus von Holdt presented both horses, for whom the championship was the first ever show start and who received partial scores up to 8.5 from the jury.
